America’s Toothfairy Awards $100,000 in Grants to Expand Oral Health Programs for Underserved Children

(Charlotte, NC, March 9, 2017) – America’s ToothFairy: National Children’s Oral Health Foundation (NCOHF) announced it has awarded $100,000 in grants to members of its Dental Clinic Resource Program (DCRPP). The DCRP is a network of nonprofit clinical programs that receive financial, product and educational resources from NCOHF to expand delivery of dental services and education to children from low-income or uninsured families. Grant funds were donated by sponsors of the Virtual ToothFairy Ball and Online Auction, an annual NCOHF fundraiser, and awarded as a “ToothFairy Grant” in the name of the donating individual or company.

Grant recipients will use their ToothFairy Grants to improve oral health outcomes for children through projects such as school-based sealant programs, oral care product distributions, and dental services for homeless children. Recipients include:
